FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I'm interested, where do i start?

We encourage you to start by viewing. Viewing times are between 8 am and 6 pm. Monday through Saturday. A caretaker is on site for further assistance. Contact us for further details.

I have seen the land and would like to purchase. What is the process?

  1. Contact us and/or lawyers for plot allocation and payment details.
  2. Make payment to a Westlink developers ltd account
  3. Present slip to lawyer’s office or email slip alongside full name, I’D number and P.O. Box for immediate preparation of Sale agreement in your favour. At this point you will be issued with a Westlink developers ltd receipt.
  4. On completion of payment within the stipulated agreement duration a transfer is prepared in favour of the client.
  5. Thereafter, a title in your name will be submitted to the lawyers within 30 days for your collection.

When do I take Possession?

As soon as you complete payment and this is confirmed by the lawyers and project manager. The caretaker will assist with beacon verification before you fence off the plot.

I would really like to buy the plots but I may not be able to finish paying within 90 days

We can help you organise for funding with your bank or sacco of choice. All we need is written communication from your financier to the lawyers of their willingness to fund you. We shall then hand over the titles to them for charging (as security).
